Our Story
Founded by sisters Ploywarin “Pang” Kitakkaranon and Thipvipa “Jane” Kitakkaranon, VARLENE is a Thai luxury womenswear label that redefines romance through craftsmanship. Born from a shared passion for couture artistry, the brand began with its debut collection, Her First Rose — a poetic tribute to femininity and transformation.

Our Craft
Each VARLENE creation begins with a sketch inspired by nature’s poetry and the grace of modern femininity.
We work with luxurious materials — silk chiffon, taffeta, and layered organza — to create fluid, structured silhouettes that flow with elegance. Every seam, pleat, and hand-tied rose is meticulously placed to honor the couture tradition while embracing a fresh, wearable sensibility.
